Sequel to the further publication of September 20, 2016, Skye Bank Nigeria Plc has received regulatory approval to postpone its Annual General Meeting earlier scheduled to be held on October 13, 2016, to consider the 2015 Annual Financial Statements.
In a statement that was signed by the Company Secretary and General Counsel, Babatunde Osibodu said that the postponement of the AGM is necessitated by the need to give external auditors time to complete an Interim Audit of the Bank which is in the final stages.
The management assures stakeholders of the organisation’s commitment to good governance and will announce the new AGM date in due course.
