The Plight of Truck Officers in Dangote Cement Transport Division

In April 2015, Dangote Cement announced through electronic media a Truck Entrepreneurship Scheme that looks to enable graduates monetarily. The plan involved possible ownership for any representative (Truck Officer) who could cover 400,000km with the truck.
Representatives enthusiastically connected for this offer with the required means of application and were in the long run shortlisted.
From that point, they experienced the principal preparation process that kept going from June to October 2015 at Obajana (Kogi State), Ibese (Ogun State), and Ikeja (Lagos State).

On second June 2016, the administration summoned the reps to a meeting for the cancellation of the business enterprise.
