Corporate Organisations in Nigeria have been urged to come up with credible mechanisms and projects to stimulate the society.
Governor Akinwunmi Ambode stated this at the Opening ceremony and Commissioning of the Onikan Youth Centre.
Ambode said the reconstruction of the centre by PZ Cussons Foundation was the essence of corporate social responsibility to give back to the society and a means of contributing positively to the Community.
The Governor noted that the centre would be a rallying point for conception of great ideas to help channel their energies to productive ventures.
He stated that the state government would continue to explore ways to develop and impact positively on the youth in order to take them off the street.
