According to the report, the analysis based on local congestion levels, average cost of parking and fuel, average roadway speeds, air pollution levels, number of traffic injuries, and road quality.
Also considered and what should seem like a no-brainer to international travelers – is the frequency and perception of road rage.
Dusseldorf, Germany came first as the best city for drivers with 20% congestion, 21.20 mph average speed. -According to an analysis of factors in 100 international cities, Dusseldorf, Germany is the best place in the world to be a motorist.
