Lagos: MainOne uplifts school surroundings through CSR

MainOne, West Africa’s foremost network and server center solutions supplier, has again exhibited its unflagging duty to supporting its host groups by elevating them, one school at once.

Under the umbrella of its Corporate Social Responsibility program labeled CLIF (Changing Lives… Impacting the Future), MainOne embraced Mayeigun Community Primary School and Gbara Junior Secondary School situated in Jakande-Lekki, Lagos, uplifting their surroundings.

The organization provided instructive materials and toys and improved the earth by planting flowers around the premises and finishing the schools.

The organization’s Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator, Oluyomi Johnson, who drove a group of workers to the school, clarified the CLIF activity as a major aspect of the organization’s endeavors to decidedly affect instruction in Nigeria.

“The significant push of our group engagement has been in the training division. Since 2011, we have helped different schools in Lekki, Ajah and environs, distinguishing their needs and investigating how we can accommodate them. We plan to proceed with our support for schools crosswise over Lagos, revamping their offices, giving them web and instructive materials and all the more vitally, volunteering the administration of our workers”.

While saying thanks to MainOne, the Head Teachers of Mayeigun Community Primary School and Gbara Junior Secondary School, Mrs. Oyeyipo and Mrs. Fashola separately, communicated their pleasure at the re-painted offices and asked different organizations to consider CSR to schools more important.
