An update on FORBES 30 Under 30 list: We are getting close to the November 1 deadline. And so here we are, busy at work sorting through and assessing the over 4,000 online nominations we’ve received – so far.
I’m one of the people who is tasked with reading over these thousands of nominations one by one. The challenge is to review and evaluate hundreds of entries every day. But they pay off is huge — I am constantly amazed to see my so many of my peers’ accomplishments, goals and impact (I’m 25). My awe incentivizes me to take extra care and be responsible for each one of our candidates
I have learned a thing or two from the nominations, though, specifically recurring holes and gaps that are easily fixed. Same is true for our candidates’ social media profiles and companies’ websites. Think about the following questions as a self-review on your nomination before you press the send button. It will help you present your case in a more well-rounded, robust way.
For those who know great candidates but haven’t submitted a form yet, you can find the official nomination form here, and this post can answer most of your questions about 30 Under 30 this year.
