The Cross River State government is proposing to build a 260km long, 10-lane superhighway across the state and through the last remaining rainforests in Nigeria, some of which are protected.
There has been a lot of opposition to the project, which has gotten some people wondering why a project that will bring infrastructural development will be opposed.
