NNNGO Commemorate its 25th Anniversary, Launches Yemisi Ransome-Kuti Award

The Nigeria Network of NGOs, NNNGO has announced the launch of Yemisi Ransome-Kuti (YRK) Leadership Award to commemorate its 25th Anniversary.

The announcement was contained in a release by the Executive Director, Oyebisi Oluseyi, The YRK Leadership Awards was established in March 2015 to honour outstanding Nigerians working in the not-for-profit sector who exemplify the leadership ideals of Ms. Yemisi Ransome-Kuti, a civil society activist and founding Executive Director of the Nigeria Network of NGOs (NNNGO). The statement reads: ‘’Interestingly this year’s annual conference coincides with the organisation’s 25th Anniversary. What a remarkable year it is for our organisation as we will be celebrating both the Founder of the organisation and the existence of the organisation. Twenty Five years is a major milestone for an organisation, as it is for an individual.
