The Nigerian-German Business Association, a non-profit member organisation made up of German and Nigerian owned business enterprises has invited the general public to the 5th edition of the Business Leadership and Strategy Training (B.L.A.S.T) workshop series.
The organisation that has the intention of fostering and strengthening business relations between both countries is staging the training to help organisations take their business to the next level by equipping them on modern Sustainable Business Techniques.
Topics to be trained include Strategic Leadership as a Success Factor for Sustainability, Effective Project Management and Finance, Improving Working Capital Management & Cash Flow Intelligence and Aggressive Marketing & Relationship Management.
The NGBA is a purely private sector driven association with more than 400 German and Nigerian member companies. German-Nigerian business relations date back decades.
