FIFA President, Mr. Gianni Infantino pays courtesy visit to Gov. Ambode at the Lagos House, Ikeja. Mr. Infantino said that he is excited about visiting Lagos, adding that it is a pleasure and honor to be in Lagos State. He specially thanked the Governor for having him and his team in Lagos for the FIFA Executive Football Summit.
Gov. Ambode expressed delight in having FIFA President in Lagos especially as Lagos plays host to the FIFA Executive Football Summit. Lagos will be the 2nd African City to host the meeting.
The Governor thanked FIFA President for having Justice Ayorinde Phillips as a member of the Ethics Committee of FIFA, He said that the state is big on youths and women soccer development with huge tourism potential to hold FIFA events
