As part of its plans during social media week, HEDA Resource Centre has created a platform for youths to express ,share and proffer solutions to challenges young people who live in cities face around the world.
The programme tagged “ComeTalk” will hold tomorrow at the 19th of February at the Lagos Travel Inn on Toyin street,Ikeja from 10 am to 2 pm. ComeTalk is organised in partnership with Lagos Civil Society Partnership(LACSOP), Oxfam GROW Campaign and MAB and Associates.
HEDA seeks to empower young people to have a voice and take part in decisions that affect their cities, promote a sense of belonging and love for their cities and also show how interconnected the world really is as the challenges that will be focused on are quite common in most cities.
ComeTalk is divided into 3 panels which are HousingPalava moderated by Oluwaseun Olaniyan of Nigeria info, TrafficPalava by Dare Dairo a social inclusion advocate and HungerPalava by Victor Otuya of Radio Continental.
