Overview:
Our client is an independent, fully registered Leadership Institute. The Institute is seeking qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions:
1. Director of Leadership Programs
Responsibility:
The Director of Leadership Programs will work collaboratively while providing oversight for design, execution and integration of leadership courses across the various programs and other priority areas.
Requirement – Education and Experience:
Graduate degree in relevant field
Significant experience (5-8 years) in fields relevant to assigned responsibilities
as well as a broad generalist background, with deep comprehensive
understanding of program design, development, systems and networking.
Successful experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and
working effectively with persons from diverse cultural, social, ethnic
backgrounds.
Exceptional verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
2. Lecturers in Leadership Studies Program
Department: Leadership Studies
Responsibility: Deliver interdisciplinary, specialist and role based leadership
courses that prepares and supports students in multiple contexts.
Minimum Qualification: Candidates for this position should have higher
education or doctorate degree in leadership studies or professional
qualification with emphasis on leadership development.
Qualification:
We seek an individual who can contribute to our emphasis on leadership,
accountability, social justice and student success.
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate commitment and ability in creating
and fostering a student-centered learning environment as well as knowledge in
curriculum development.
Proven experience in developing and delivering leadership courses to students
and professionals.
Experience teaching and impacting knowledge on undergraduates, graduates
and matured students.
Exceptional verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
