Five years after a Nigerian, Jacob kunle Ajomale, was purportedly embedded with a GPS chip compellingly through his anus by the United States’ Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) officers, the Federal Government, on Thursday, guaranteed that it would open an examination concerning the episode.
This was revealed at the Federal High Court in Lagos after the conveyance of judgment in appreciation of a suit documented by Ajomale looking for requests convincing the Nigerian government to take up his argument against the United States before the United Nations and to be sure the global group, with the perspective to perceiving how the agonizing chip would be desperately uprooted.
Ajomale, in the suit, had affirmed that since December 2010, the ICE officers mightily embedded a GPS chip in his body and after that illicitly extradited him into Nigeria in cuffs like a typical criminal.
